To Dream, Divine

Blue midnight’s temptress reigns in clouds forsooth,
I fall enveloped soft - fight claw and tooth.
The golden light is strongly shining clear,
The golden bells are singing near and dear,
My heart is warmed and eyes shift darkly closed,
Of wind and sun and rain my mind’s opposed.
Remember all the flowers drifting by,
To silent golden clouds I dive and fly.
There’s amber trees and crimson skies throughout,
An empty plain of sand brings leaves to sprout,
A forest full of glowing yellow rose,
The tops are patterned boldly red with bows.
This dream of mine is strange and yet so free,
I fly with joy and revel in this glee.
The fog of mind draws far and I awake,
My peaceful sleep to shattered mirrors break.
