To Her Thats Okay.

To think, to feel, to love.
Some lust these feelings,
others do not.
Some cut too deep, bleed, or scar.
Shadowed in light, surrounded by dark.
A mother knows best they say,
but then again her daughter hides away the pain.

She hasn't eaten in days,
But to her, thats okay.
As her soul becomes drained,
the only thing She can feel is ashamed.
Her smile has faded,
Her father doesn't notice because he's always wasted.

When looking at herself in the mirror,
She sees that she is thinner.
She notices she looks ill,
and time becomes still.
She is completely drained,
but to her thats okay.
