To The Sister I Never Had

Sitting lonely in this train
Awaiting the light beyond this tunnel
Yet yearning for light to see me through its hell
Little did I know of its diverse coats
So, amazed was I when it came as you

You were the star lightening up my darkest nights

As the crow speaks of the morn
So your words gently ushered in a bliss irrefragable
Foaming, furious and fuming I could be but,
Where would I be without your antidote of love...

Tick tock, time snatched you from my arms
Oh! If only I had held you tight
Forever, I will treasure the sweet memories of you
Not because you are the best friend I ever had,
But the sister I never had....
