'Today' is our independence day

Yessir, yesterday earth had visited me
Cold, hungry and tired out
Stumbling upon erected walls, slipping on tailing
I asked where he was?
“I was hiding in bottom of sea, where no more human see”
she said and added “what’s up?”
“ahead of time I’m here”
I replied with and indeterminate ‘here’
“hang in there” she said
“where? Sorry it’s of Syria, Myanmar and Israel"
“Oh, then step in to sea, isn’t vast?”
“pardon me, it’s of Indian, American and British”
I said and closed my eye
shamefacedly she started to chant
“and they all lived happily ever after”
“and they all lived happily ever after”
I said “don’t worry, I’ll manage it”
quack yourself three times
first, topple down all borders
second, get down all flag hoisters
third, purge blood with your water
then,I’ll stand upon you, without any color, denuded"
earth replied “I could destroy walls and flags, not that heart,
where walls and flags mushrooms” Sorry my nation, my earth,
‘Today’ is our Independence Day.
