tommarows sunrise

We were happy, we were together
Oh so faithful, or so we thought
On one perfect evening I came home alone.
There was more than me in the house
Her skirt was shorter, she skin more showed
They were sleeping with cloths on the floor
Her lipstick was smeared his snores going lightly
I told him I was working late, I wanted to give him a surprise
Instead he beat me to it with my friend by his side
He told me he loved me, that I was the one
So instead of screaming I cooked some breakfast
For the happy couple, then when he realized I knew
His secrets. I threw his stuff out told him to be out by
Tomorrow’s sunrise
