Traditional Sweat

When you're in a SWeat.....
You can feel the warmth of the stones sitting in the tent.
You can smell the scent of sage being passed around for smudging.
The sweat is silent except for the wise Elder speaking in Ojibway.
You can see our ancestors giving us the keys to the ways of life.
After the sweat is over, you feel replenished.
A sweat is important to our culture.
