Train Wreck

I loved you hard
I loved you strong
it hurts you feel our love was wrong

I tried so hard to make it work
but all everyone sees is a jerk
I jerk my head to fight the tears
I just want a few beers

I can't take any more pain
I want to get lost, and jump on a train
start over and not let anyone in my brain
This happily ever after
turned into such a disaster
I miss your laughter

Always shut out and in the dark
two years went by, and I couldn't help but bark
like taking a lonely stroll in a park
I guess we're no work of art
I give you back your heart
trying to figure out where we fell apart
I guess it was a train wreck from the start
