Trapped

Trapped, is how I feel at times
Trapped in my own mind
No one is there
Or anywhere
Darkness surrounding me
Nowhere to be set free
Feeling chained down
All bound

Different memories showing up
And I’ve had enough
But it won’t stop
And I can’t crop
Not leaving until I break
Causing there to be more ache

But hey
At this point, you can’t push anyone away
No one is in here
So there should be nothing to fear
