Trapped Soul

you go on like everything is fine
while I have to sit here
in my troubling mind

you always thought I was a joke
I played a role as you held
a knife to my throat

your lies seek well being
but my mind lies beyond the path of insanity
"you're my baby", you would say
laying my away in my trapped soul

you break me down
inside and out
take my pride, my soul, my happiness,
even my sanity

I can't bare to act joyful anymore
I can't play a role as a joker anymore
I have to escape..
your lonely, caged rape
