Tree Webs

Single filament,
Strand delight.
Swaying gently
In the light.
Clothed in dew spheres,
Clear and bright.
Spaced out evenly,
Left and right.

What set these brilliant cords a'place,
To lure and snare a bug with grace?

'Twas a spider!
