Try to Fall

Watching is all I've ever done
No on has offered me the wheel
Listening I learn from their mistakes
and the pain that no one wants to feel
Reading what we want it to be
Knowing well it's all a lie and nothing truly real
Waiting I am terrified
of what I do not understand
But how do you expect me too?
After all that has been done
How do I let go
To let him in
Just once is all it took
To lose what is not easily obtained
Never freely given but slowly earned or gained
Betrayed and left to climb alone
I should have known
I should have known
So do you blame me?
Feeling everything
or nothing at all?
To want to run, hide, or walk away
When I'm suppose to fall?
