Turn Back Time

If time could reverse, days to unwind,

We'd return to joy, in a hazy bind.

But drugs came between us, our friendship did part,

Left with memories, a shattered heart.

Losing my confidant tears at my core,

Regret's heavy burden, pain to endure.

Your smile's absence, once radiant and clear,

Little did I know it would disappear.

Our bond turned chaotic, drifting apart,

Witnessed your struggle, words lost their art.

Haunted by shared moments, now aching despair,

Lost and alone, feeling nobody's care.
