Unclothed Lovers

She undressed herself with every word she uttered
Expressing the truest form of nudity
Through telling me
All her secrets
I can see all the scars on her body
From the day she fell off her fathers bike
To the night she had her heart broken for the first time
Those tears she cried
Still visible
Abuse stained her bed sheets
Neglect is only love she knows
I gift her my attentions so she confides in me
My voice becomes her therapy
May I help?
I sat there unclothed as well
It was my first experience being completely naked with a woman
The sincerest form of love making
We made contact without touching
A connection through friendship
And now I look at her different
