Unexpressed Expression

I unexpress to you,
That's what I do
You stand up high on the podium,
I stand below like a starstruck reporter

I unexpress to you,
This woman full of passion
Dare not I talk truth,
Professing love can turn cheeks

I unexpress to you,
This man full of life
Words may turn upside down,
Intrepretation by different minds

I unexpress to you,
But this I know
Entangled lust awakens words,
Bodies pound, loins speak

I unexpress to you,
Take my clothes off
Enter me as if we were one,
Open my avenue of expression

This Poems Story

I am a mother of two grown boys and have a wonderful grandson. I consider myself to be a free spirit and the poem was inspired by the phenomemon of emotional distance becoming extinct in the throes of sexual lust.
