Unknownimus

UNKNOWNIMUS.

I looked for him here and there,
But could not find him here nor there.
Looked for him in this and that,
But still could not find him in this nor that.
I searched inside,
But that was too far.
I looked on the outside,
But it seemed I was too far.
Then I stopped looking,
And He appeared,
But not before I had disappeared.
It was in the dark light,
That He enlightened the darkness,
And then the realisation….

I had missed Him,
Not from looking here and there.
Nor in this and that,
Yet in the very search itself.

It is only in unknowing all I had known,
That I came to know all the unknown.
Now I search not,
For I AM NOT,
And only IT IS
