Unlocked Words

We all have a prison
some imagined
some built
some confined
by the limitlessness
of the mind
With some, the boundaries are visible
but with others, we can only see the bars
if we look deep inside
Some are located deep down in darkness
while many try to hide in the light
Some covered with filthiness
chains and rust
A few permeated in luxury
that makes us blind to the door
I still don't know
what all these locks are for
Many we create-
we bar ourselves in
eating from empty plates
as we drink from hollow cups
I try to break precious glass
to see what is real.
