Unloved Nature

I have a husband I cannot bare,
That uses me without any care.
A peace of mind he will not share,
Yet his love for me he will declare.
I grew my hair to look fair,
He tore it down leaving nothing there.

Out of Love I gave him a dove,
But he put it in a glove and hid it above.
O My heart broken into four,
Won't you mend anymore?

Tears of Joy that made flowers bloom,
Have turned to cries of sadness that will bring your doom,
Yes, you will drown in my sorrow,
Just pray it is not tomorrow.

For every piece of my heart,
Some of yours will come apart.
Frozen tears from my eyes will ball,
Anytime, they will fall.
But I leave you a remainder to help you recall,
The spring of beauty I had before you took it all.

Tell him to set a date,
Before it is too late.
I know you can relate,
Let him know he holds my fate.
Is he man, you bet!
I am nature, regret!
