Until We Meet Again

A part of me died when you did,
A part of me was set free.
You were a part of me,
Like bone to my flesh and marrow to my bone.
You were a musical rhyme in my ear.
Your rhythm still echoes in the air.
You are everywhere!
But physically you’re not there.

I speak of how much I love you...
But you cannot hear.
Where you are my eye cannot see.
My mind cannot imagine beyond the imaginary.
Imagination is only a figment of what my eyes have already seen.
I can say who you are to me but who knows who you could have been?
I dream of you but you are nowhere near...
Until we meet again my love, my wind in the night air.

Until We Meet Again – Tehilla

Dedicated to the love of my life who I lost February 2nd, 2020 - J.M.W. No words can fully express. May you always be remembered. You were the love of my life.
Though you are gone in physical form, your love overtakes me even more like a storm.
My heart is warm and my spirit free.
What came ahead our eyes did not see…
But in the midst of darkness, the light was your memory.
In the midst of confusion, your touch made me warm.
Though my lips tremble to say you are dead.
I know better days will come ahead.
I will always love you Jerry.
