If you can create a work of art which symbolizes hope
That's one thing
That's something which "gets people through the hard times."
It only has this job, I suppose. I'm not the customer,
Necessarily, of its business.
However,
If you can do something which makes hope realistic
Necessary and valid
And just as truthful as despair
Than you have made an impossible job look doable.
Perhaps you've inspired someone with a bit of a hard heart.
Rare are people who make hope valid and reachable.
I don't want to know many of them, though--
Despair's accessibility is so natural, like a warm breeze.
