Upon the Twilight of the Galaxy

"Upon the Twilight of the Galaxy"

Upon the twilight of the galaxy,
The dreamers are walking tightropes, sleepless.
The world is enraptured by obscurity.

As we witness lack of conformity,
The midnight hour assuages our stress,
Upon the twilight of the galaxy.

With preference to this our fantasy,
From honesty of darkness we confess,
The world is enraptured by obscurity.

Beneath the moon awoken with esprit,
Abnormal qualities our minds possess,
Upon the twilight of the galaxy.

We cry to the realists, “Here our plea!”
Silence our insanity; we must suppress.
The world is enraptured by obscurity.

Yet with these repercussions, we fly free,
Guided with delusions we fluoresce,
Upon the twilight of the galaxy,
The world is enraptured by obscurity.
