All else pail's

To the mask on her face

Vanity is her name

Vanity is her place

She's always behind me

No matter where I go

Constantly on my back

Slightly in the shadows

When I turn my head

And look in the mirror

I can see her face plane and clear

Never a change of emotion

Always steadfast and strong

She's a deeply vain

Who can do no wrong

Half dressed flesh

On a body so fine

She can make a rich man poor

A seeing man blind

A woman's body can be her strongest tool

Satisfying and thirst quenching

Like a natural spring pool

Yes all else pails to the mask on her face

Vanity's her name

Vanity's her place
