Violence Effect

Sword's gleam is plain and pale,
The leg, the head, the heart wrenching wail.
Battle and blood, in steady stream,
Vicious eyes, malicious and keen.
Peace keepers try to interfere,
But only receive pain and tear.
A lake of death and broken souls,
Survivors stare into unfixable holes.
So don't try to mend what can't be mended,
But recreate, and avoid the hatred.
