Waiting For

And there she was,
Clear as the moon.
I dont think she knows
I've been thinking of her all noon.
All the wonders racing in my mind,
Holding myself together every inch
Of time.
Guess I'm locked in a spell.
It aint that hard to tell,
Maybe now I should just keep quiet
and remain locked up in my shell.
What a man I have been to not want to fall asleep.
Thinking for hours
If I should buy her flowers,
Or take her on a date,
Maybe she cant be home late.
What a world I live in
That I create.
What a man I have been to not want to fall asleep.
Thinking for hours
If I should buy her flowers,
Or take her on a date,
Maybe she cant be home late.
What a world I live in
That I create.
