Waiting For You (breast Cancer)

There was a place, I followed you to
But the door was small, I couldn't get through
As I stood alone, tears filled my eyes
I called out to you, as I waited outside
Oh, I felt your hurt, and tried to get in
Your silence was loud, and the walls so thin
I dropped to my knees, and yelled to the sky
Tell me why my Lord, please Lord tell me why
Can't you see her pain? Don't you know how she feels?
With one touch of your hand, Lord I know she can heal
Please let me go in, and be by her side
I cried to the Lord, as I waited outside
I waited outside, I stood by your door
I didn't know, what God had in store
I couldn't see, He held the key
On him I relied, as I waited outside
Soon I heard you laugh, and after a while
The door was opened, and I seen you smile
Yes, there are things, I don't understand
But I believe for us all, God does have a plan
And if ever you need, a friend to confide
I will be right here for you, waiting outside
