War’s Breath


The city is strange to you, you are all alone,
The crude wind takes over, you are shivering.
Your mind is elsewhere, you are lost,
Your thoughts wandering in the ocean of unknown.
The heart is frozen, emotions bizarre,
The memories agonizing, the imagination dull.
Your city is strange to you, you are all alone...
