We all capsized

He was a more evolved version of that same man

I mean;

He was the same scared boy who played coy
The same wolf with teeth just as sharp

He spoke a language that was more refined
He dug into my sacred flesh
My stiff body
My sour blood

I sailed too far out

In definite time
The cassette will rewind to the grim beginning
Back to the preliminary suffering
Which shaped the sheep and the wolf alike

He was a lighthouse
He was the storm
And the wrecked ship
