We Share the Same Dream

We share the same dream for a peaceful world,
With cloudless smog free skies unfurled
Over greening prosperous fields
Filled with myriad, bountiful yields.

We share the same dream of harmony among the diverse,
Enabling us to completely immerse
Our differences in the unfolding light
Of tolerance, while striving to right

Iniquities which have transpired through the ages,
Revealing in history's future pages
A unified tapestry woven with trust;
Then our blended dreams wlll belong to us.
