We Travelin

Hallelujah We Travelin,We Travelin for equal rights
down freedom main line where there's a little fight!

In 1961 white people dislike blacks there were fighting there were
beating as "the whites thinks what was wrong with that".

I'm paying my way on the GreyHound Bus line
I'm happy that I can finally sit in the front this time.

In Nashville,Tennessee I know its not no joke walking down
the street black can change a lot of minds to any folks.

Freedom is near finally we can vote Jim Crow ain't go stop us
we're one of a kind!

I sat in, I walk in now my life changing
I realize what I can be to people in just one day.

Skin color is just a color
u should not judge anyone that look different from another.

However I did not see why separate blacks from whites
we are all equal in just one sight.
