We

God had an epiphany
An eruption of colors and emotions
And so became the world
Nirvana in its purest form
With Adam the diligent man
And his companion Eve the virtuous woman
The path they would take as translucent as the air they breathed
The beginning
Craters in earth
Trenches filled with sin and greed
Souls as dark as the yawning grave
A time where scarlet blood flows freely down the streets
Where ashes and smoke come with every breath we take
And the taste of bitter gunpowder is straight on the lips
A world of chaos and corruption
The end
Both right and wrong
Gray tinted black and white
A dimming light of hope
And we are the middle
