Wedding Day

I swam in the ocean
So blue and so vast
Only to realize
It was her sight she had cast

The fields of strawberry
Swayed in the wind
As it sat upon her shoulders
And curled at the end

Soft and slender
My gaze was stolen
A gentle smile
Her glow was golden

I could feel my heart beat
When her hand met mine
Like nothing mattered
No sense of time

A quiet moment passed
As I pondered my life
I have finally found my future
And I call her my wife
