Weightless

Much we understand, much we like to speak
Much we love and live in every pulsing beat
Much we ever do, much we meant to seek
Much songs and notes played out to keep
Much we ever care, much we ever bear
Much troubles and hindrance bring us to wear
Much and much of all thoughts and things
Much and much of all smiles and grins
Much and much of quietness.
Much and much of violence.
Much and much of subtle lasting lusts.
Much and much of scornful tempts for touch.
Much and much of memories.
Much we shall ever be.
Much we shall ever see.
And yet much and much of more,
Must we need not ever carry.
