West Virginia Trip

Let's ride down these West Virginia highways.
We'll get lost in nature's beauty, and
escape the city's maddening
pace, instead we'll breathe in the fresh air,
and marvel at God's majesty and
grace the trees, the flowers, the sunshine,
shining brightly upon our face.
It was so wonderful to gaze at the beauty
of this mountain place as it slowly shifted
from summer to fall, much like life's
own beginnings, endings, and all
of life's passing seasons. The summer color
of the trees was now slowly beginning
to change to autumn shades of orange,
red, brown, and green. In addition,
I thought how this all seemed like,
the turning of God's great key.
