What in Yonder Calls?

What could it be at yonder that calls,
And beckons with its arms out wide;
Though unsett'ling faced and easily traced
Leaves many men so quaked, abaist.
See-through legs and chest and face
Sultry in its un-hiding ways,
Or maybe not, it hides itself;
But always still so obviously so; it beckons;
What of yonder stokes men's ponder,
When comfort lies at home to waste?
