When an Angel Disobeys

Peaceful angels watch their step, careful not to hurt
But if an angel disobeys, its best to stay alert
For a disobedient angel is: dangerous, silent, deadly
And with its fading grace, it will crush those who seem petty

If an angel disobeys, there’s something surely wrong
If a maverick steps away, it’s best to move along
A fallen angel, mighty blade tucked within its hands
Will destroy all that threatens what it loves till nothing stands

Run inglorious demons
Don’t let a fallen angel find you
For if you’re caught, all mercy lost
It’s time to bid adieu
