When She’s Gone

Voice is soft and faint.
Eyes slowly closing.
Tears running down my cheeks.
Holding her all soo tightly.
Wishing there was more time.
Why wasn't it me?
Why does she have to go?
Pulling her face to mine.
Kissing her all soo softly.
Telling her I Love Her.
Saying my last Good-Byes.
"Good-Bye my son"
"I Love You"
Those were her last words.
Eyes shut, complete silence.
Then she fades away.
And I cry till I can't cry anymore.
My mother left me in a world so cold.
My hand is cold.
My heart is cold.
There is no life without my mother.
Good-Bye.
Rest In Peace.
My Sweet Sweet Mother.
