When The Sun Goes Down

Brisk air sweeps past your nose,
And the other children start to doze,
But sleep will not come to you,
No matter how many times you pressure it to,
So what do you do when the sun goes down,
And you can't go to sleep,
And you can't make a sound,
You walk out the door,
And you think 'what a bore',
Still nothing to do in your dead town of four,
But than you see something pleasant!
Oh a pup! What a sight,
What happened when the sun went down?
A little boy went out side in the dead of the night,
Insomnia ate at him this particular time,
He only meant to be out for a minute,
But he never went home to his little hamster Bennett
