When the Wind Blows

When the wind blows
That's when the grass grows
When the sun shines
That's when the streets crack
It's a struggle to survive
No food to eat no money to borrow
So we left to listen to the wind blow
Praying better for tomorrow
Watching the stars glow
I guess they full of dreams
Hopes never forfill
Pain runs so deep that it's 100 degrees
But I can still feel the wind chill
When the wind blows
Ashes all across my floor
Happy home just unstable
So as I ride down the street
Along this long Dusty road
The only comfort that seems
To find me is listening to when
The wind blows
