When Things Go Wrong
Why do we fret, at times, when things go wrong?
Unwelcome, are they not, the flames of fire,
That burn inside the mind, that did aspire,
Delight, but not what makes us feel less strong?
Why do the bonds of friction form along?
Unseen are they, by us, when they conspire,
Until they grow and then explode like fire.
That's when we see what has made things go wrong.
Entire display then looks more like a throng,
And leads us to inquire and then acquire
A sense of how and why it did go wrong.
We then admire the power of a song,
And then desire to view it like satire.
When that transpires, it shows where we belong.
