Where Are You?

Where are you?

I am the song that drifts throughout your day.
The voice that tells you you're okay.
The shadows as you walk on by,
I'm always watching you.

Can't you feel me?

I am the stillness of a heart that skips.
The daydreams of azure and gold.
I am the whisperings of golden leaves, and trickling brooks, and swirling winds,
Yes the coolness of the morning dew a kiss to all I touch.
I often touch you...

Where are you?

I am here. I wrap my world around you.
I am here. gently blowing in your ear.
I am here. surrounding your thoughts with dreams...
And caressing you with my rain it is me, and I am here.

I am here,
And I am with you.

This Poems Story

Deborah sees magic all around her in everyday life and believes that we are connected. So, if we are all connected then no one is ever alone. If people would just remember this then they could make the world a better place. We would no longer be strangers but instead brothers and sisters. Then every caress of wind and every kiss of rain would speak to you and say, "Yes it is so, God breathes on us all." Deborah lives in a small town in Michigan enjoying all the seasons.
