Who Am I?

By

I have a name,
But my mind,
I am dominated by,
And the lives I inflame

What is beyond my skin?
Bones and veins?
Or the shame I have buried within,
locked in chains?

I need to let fly,
Save myself from this despair,
the negativity that I preoccupy,
And have healthiness to share

Past, it shrouds the future,
Oh how you victimize yourself,
Again, you’re still the abuser,
Tossing opportunities on the shelf

Just once would you believe,
listen, understand and do,
Then you’ll be undeceived,
and everything shall be anew.
