Who They Are

We often describe damaged people as raging storms metaphors used to explain that they can cause damage while their inured soul mourns the loss of its youth and the rigidity of realistic truth
But are people really tornadoes and hurricanes; typhoons, monsoons and tidal waves? No I think the human condition has been misconstrued as happenings of nature unable to be fixed or as so many conflicting emotions suddenly mixed
Could it not be that people are not born broken but made that way as time progresses? That people break and crack because of expectations, pressures and stresses?
A valid question to contemplate as we stare at people who crumble under such circumstances and crushing weight
Can we agree to disagree that an answer will be agreed upon?
Please excuse me my thoughts have a tendency to come out as blunt or brash or simply wrong
