Why?
Why must I love?
Why must I love you no matter the pain and heartache you place upon me?
Why must I love even though you have stolen precious time?
Why must I love when your presence is conditional?
Why?
Even when the the hurts are intentional?
Why must I continue to try when I know?
Distance, anger, judgement, confusion, and lack of response.
I feel the game is real for you.
Why must I love anyway?
Because you are born of my heart, soul, mind and body.
And my love is not conditional.
No matter the pain, no matter the distance, no matter the name, no matter the judgement, you belong in my heart and you deserve love. Because I too am loved.
