They knew why the caged bird sang but not why the girl cried,
Why those tears kept falling from her eyes,
Why she kept to herself and her Smiles were lies,
Why she couldn't love but loath everything around here,
Why nothing could even Astound her,
Why she couldn't love herself or anyone else,
Why she felt life was over and done,
Why no one could understand her life,
Why she kept attempting to grab that knife,
Why she held everything in,
Why no one ever payed attention,
