Wildflowers

Drifting through dreams in a valley of wildflowers
Honeysuckles and dandelions and a first morning dew
Days that never seemed to end and nights that lit up her soul
Upon a valley of wildflowers is where she would lay
Back when time was still slow and the sky was so bright
She would twirl amongst the butterfly's and leap admits the frogs
Roll down the hills and daydream of fairies
When night crept upon her she made friends with the fireflies
Oh beautiful beginnings when the fire shone bright
And the rivers so vast and bright twinkling blue
It was all that she yearned for and all she knew to be true
