I drink wine,
It's flavor encasing lips,
The taste, it's essence divine,
Slipping through a tongue which sips,
Like a lover's kiss onto another,
The wine is to my lips.

This Poems Story
This poem was written as I was having a glass of wine and doing a poetry slam with a fellow writer. It was my love for wine, at the end of a day, in which you give everything to the world and as a lover, it is giving back to you. It's essence is more than just wine, it is a culmination of flavors, culture and culinary luxury, taste to the lips, compared to a lover's kiss.
