Winter Glimmer

Dazzling pieces of snowflakes glide through the air
While white sparkles of snow seal the land, looking so rare
As the falling and frosting of flakes covers the place
Wind rushes by houses
Revealing the feeling of warmth

Kids come outside
All bundled up
With boots and hats
Ready to dive in the winter snow

As the fire crackles up
All cozy inside
Parents get ready
Decorating their houses
Showing pride

Snow coats the lawn like frosting on a cake
While ice smears through the doors, past the gates
Fog clings into the air just as blizzards blur by

Dangling lights across the walls
Chilly weather and snowballs
All remind us of the winter time
