Winter Night

So quiet,
Still and motionless.
But wait,
So small
A sound.
Being blown by the wind.
Ever so slowly
An owl flies by,
In the endless quiet.
Snow starts to fall,
Ever so softly.
The quiet comes back, but even the snowflakes,
Make sound
Quieter than before.
