Winter Wonderland

A world filled with snow, like nothing ever seen.
Crystal cold, white as snow, as if you're in a dream.
The ground beneath, clear as ice,
like water from the sky.
Imagine feeling cold inside
in a land that makes you cry.
The sky so bold,
the air so cold,
as the wind gently kisses your face.
Imagine a world,
as white as a pearl,
the blizzard so cold you will shake.
Icicles on your door, frozen to the core.
If they hit the ground they will break.
On your face the amazement,
snowflakes on the pavement,
they never seem to leave.
You lie dumbfounded,
your friends are astounded,
at the ice frozen on the trees.
Never have you seen this land nor have you been,
yet I assure you:
It is just as much beauty on the outside...
as it is within.
