Of man's side you were made
But you the madden are the stronger

Forced to walk in his shade
To bear the burden farther, longer

Yet you are rarely told
How much the heart your presence lures

On bent hip you do hold
His present, his future you ensure

But oh much more than this
Men long, men yearn, and oh how they cry

For touch, for sight, for kiss
His hand to place upon your thigh

Instinct drives him ere toward this
For without the couple man would die
