Words

A noun, a verb, adjunction, adverbs
The endless possibilities of things to say
One million nineteen thousand, seven hundred twenty-nine words
And I've yet to think of something
Could it be impossible?
Have a heart and knowledge, but not be able to combine?
Does my vagus nerve not understand?
To know what to express with facility is impossible
A vain attempt to leave my human nature
To transmit my heart to yours with simple words
Will you understand?
But I've yet to give in
Such things cannot be in vain, for I know
I cannot say much, but if I may, my dear say
That I love you, will that be enough
Of these confusing, unjust words?
Words, just simple words.
